The Check Weigher system is primarily used for weighing and segregating the packs for low or high weight, during the packing. The Check Weigher is easy to integrate in the existing line and occupies less space.
The system consists of infeed,Weighing and Exit conveyor. The exit conveyor also has the suitable rejection mechanism, which works on the pneumatic supply.
The legal standards require the average weight of packages comprising a lot to be equal to or greater than the label weight, and that no single package weigh unreasonably less than or greater than the label weight. To meet these legal requirements as well as to maintain an efficient packaging operation, the Check Weigher acts as a “policeman” on the packaging line. It is the weight control center on a production line, and protects against unacceptable under or overweight packages ever reaching the customer.

Check for missing components in a package including labels, instructions, lids, coupons, or products
Verify count by weight by checking for a missing carton, bottle, bag, or can in a case

The Gravity Feeder consists of a radial gate providing main feed, slow feed and product cut-off. Used for continuous feeding of free-flowing material, this gate is controlled by pneumatic cylinders with the standard version or by a servo-motor with the high speed option.
The Belt Feeder is designed to handle non free-flowing products and to provide great cleaning access.
The belt is driven by a two-speed motor with the standard version or by a servo-motor with the high speed option. In the standard version, the innovative catch gate used to cut the dribble flow and to do the final cut-off is controlled by pneumatic cylinders. In the high speed version, it is accomplished by a servo-motor. Combined with a highly efficient control unit, the servo-motor can combine the speed of a duplex scale with all the advantages of a simplex to offer the most profitable system on the market when high output is required.
The Screw Feeder is designed to handle nonfree- flowing, powdery or fluidized products. It comprises one main screw for the bulk filling cycle and one smaller screw for the dribble filling cycle. Each screw is directly driven with its own motor in order to minimize moving parts and thus reduce maintenance and wear.
Designed for easy cleaning, the screws are contained in a totally enclosed housing which ensures no dust emission. Its sanitary design and proven high accuracy will ensure optimum operations and a fast payback.
We have designed and developed fully indigenous Bag Placer to meet the variety of materials and sizes of open mouth bags .Bag Placer provides automatic handling of Open-mouthed Bag by placing them on the bag holder of an associated Weighing and filling device. The bag holders release the filled bags onto the bag conveyor but the sack aligner retains control of the open mouth of the bags during its transfer to the automatic bag closing machine.
The sack aligner stretches the mouth of the bag so as to give a smooth entry into the bag closure in feed device. Only one operator is required to stack empty bags in the magazine and to start machine. The machine then cycles automatically provided that empty bags are available in the bag magazine.
The Pouch Bagger is designed to work with many different styles of pre-made bags and pouches. Bags are loaded on top and are transferred to the filling area using vacuum cups and a guided air cylinder. Sensors assure that the pouch is in position and it is properly opened. A Transition Chute is inserted to prevent product spillage. After filling, the pouch is sealed and released through the front of the machine.
